Welcome to ScandBooking. By using our platform, you accept these terms of service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

ScandBooking is a ticket sales platform that connects event organizers with audiences. We continuously work to deliver the best experience for our customers.

2. Ticket Purchase

When you purchase tickets through ScandBooking, you enter into a binding agreement. All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

• Tickets can only be purchased by persons over 18 years of age
• You will receive a confirmation email after purchase
• Your tickets are sent electronically to your email
• You are responsible for storing your tickets securely

3. Payment Terms

We accept various payment methods. All transactions are secured and encrypted.

• Payment is made immediately upon purchase
• We use secure SSL encryption
• Credit card information is not stored

4. Right of Withdrawal and Refund

As a general rule, you do not have the right of withdrawal on tickets for events, as they are time-limited. However, there may be special circumstances:

• If an event is cancelled, the ticket will be fully refunded
• If an event is postponed, you can choose a refund
• Contact us as soon as possible if you have problems

5. Use of Tickets

Your tickets are personal and may not be resold without permission.

• Each ticket has a unique QR code
• Tickets can only be used once
• Resale without permission may result in cancellation
• You must be able to present valid ID at the entrance

6. Limitation of Liability

ScandBooking is not responsible for changes to events made by the organizer. We only facilitate ticket sales and are not responsible for the actual execution of the event.
